Purchasing GuidelinesAll advertising and posts are subject to approval by me, Kathie Zaccaria, publisher of SoCal Kids San Diego. I reserve the right to deny or cancel any ad at any time.All payments must be made in advance. Due date is one week prior to advertising or sponsored post start date. No exceptions. I accept checks or payments made via Paypal. Once a payment has been made and an ad, article, or other content has been posted, no refunds shall be made should the advertiser decide to cancel.
