Grab your hat, saddle up, and celebrate the beauty and contribution of horses. Make your own cowboy hat or horse ears, get a horse “tattoo,” and meet Sue Sifton, local artist and naturalist as she demonstrates her beautiful horse sculpting. Cowboys and cowgirls, wear your best western duds for prizes in the costume contest at 1:30 p.m.
