Monster Mash Fun at the NCM

Halloween at the New Children's MuseumThe New Children’s Museum is getting into the fall holiday spirit by presenting Halloween festivities like no other. Visitors will have the opportunity to think, play and create with a uniquely NCM Halloween flair!

Now through October 30, kids and families can say goodbye to summer and hello to monsters, murals, costume parades, spooky sculptures and one giant Styrofoam sculpture by artist-in-residence Jason Rogenes. The festivities, which are presented throughout October, are topped off by one giant Mega-Mash 2.0 on Saturday, October 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The final day of TRASH artist Jason Rogenes’ residency promises to be a galactic good time! Celebrate Rogenes’ latest sculptural addition to his work Megalitransponder, make your own mini mega in an artist-led workshop, dance in our out-of-this-world costume parade, explore a cardboard glow-in-the-dark city, and search for aliens in the futuristic scavenger hunt.

Visit the New Children Museum for more information about their Halloween activities.
